Haryana Sugarfed, an Apex Cooperative institution, intends to engage MDs/CEOs/Unit Heads for its Sugar Mills at Meham, Palwal and Assandh on contract basis.

Job Location, Job Organization: Cooperative Sugar Mills at Meham (Rohtak District), Palwal District and Assandh (Karnal District).

Age:- The applicant should not be more than 55 years of age.

Job Qualifications Required:

B.Sc. Agriculture from reputed University/institution OR Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering & Diploma in Sugar Engineering from NSI or VSI OR ANSI/AVSI (Sugar Technology).

Work Experience required:

Total 10 years’ experience in Sugar industry out of which at least 5 years’ experience as Head of Cane Department or equivalent in 2500 TCD Plant or above.
OR
Total 10 years experience in Sugar industry out of which at least 5 years experience as Chief Engineer/Head of Engineering Department or equivalent in 2500 TCD Plant or above.
OR
Total 10 years’ experience in Sugar industry out of which at least 5 years’ experience as Chief Chemist Head of Production/Manufacturing Department or equivalent in 2500 TCD Plant or above.
Preference will be given to the person having B.O.E. Certificate and experience in Cogeneration Plant/having experience of working in Project/Sugar Mills expansions and Distilleries.

Person should have good communication skills and Administrative capabilities.

Payout and Salary:

Salary:-Approx. Rs.24.00 Lakh per annum. ln addition, perquisites in the form of rent free furnished accommodation, car for official purpose along with Driver, Home Peon and Mediclaim Health insurance Policy (Family floater) worth Rs.20.00 lakh shall be provided.
