Company Secretary

(contractual basis)

Qualifications required

Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Essential Post Educational Qualification :

At least 01 year post qualification experience in company secretariat of any unlisted/listed company
Internship/training shall not be counted as experience

Experience in secretarial matters like
• Drafting of agenda, minutes, official letter etc.,
• Conducting Board / Committees’ meetings, General Body Meetings and
• Compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act and other statutory compliance thereof.

Stipend/Salary offered:

Pay Band: Rs. 30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000
Initial Basic Pay: Rs. 30,000/month

Annual CTC: Approximately Rs. 9.96 Lakhs

Components: Basic Pay + IDA + HRA + Perks @ 35% of basic pay

Retention Bonus: Rs. 20,000/- upon completion of each 6 months of service

PF/EPS/Gratuity: As per POWERGRID rules (PF deduction @ 12% of Basic Pay and DA)

Mobile Phone & Digital Services:

Reimbursement limited to Rs. 45,000/- (excl. taxes) for block of 2 years

Leave Benefits:

12 days Casual Leave, 10 days Sick Leave, 30 days Earned Leave per year + EL encashment, Maternity /Paternity Leave, Quarantine Leave as per rules

Medical Benefits:

For self and family (spouse, 2 dependent children & dependent parents) – OPD ceiling: One month’s Basic Pay + DA annually, IPD coverage: Rs. 5 Lakhs medical insurance

Group Personal Accident Insurance: Covered under POWERGRID scheme

Age criteria:

Upper Age Limit: 29 years
Minimum Age: 18 years (Indian Nationals only eligible)
Age Relaxation for OBC (NCL): 3 years
Age Relaxation for SC/ST: 5 years
Age Relaxation for PwBD: As per Government of India directives
Age Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen: Period spent in service plus 3 years (subject to conditions)
Age Relaxation for Candidates with POWERGRID Experience: Up to maximum 5 years (over and above category relaxation) for those who worked as CS Professional on contract for at least one year

Field Supervisors will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs. 23,000-3%-1,05,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs. 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA+ Perks @35% of Basic Pay with an annual CTC of Rs. 6.8 Lakhs approx.
